Our philosophy:
Any Executive Search project takes place within the triangle of three Cs:
- Client: initiator, customer, and chief manager of project
- Consultant: expert, advisor, and executor of project
- Candidate: a successful professional able to solve a concrete management task at the Client’s company
A successful placement is impossible without the involvement and effective interaction of all three project participants.
We are also convinced that this “triangle” should be equilateral. The respect, loyalty, equality, and value of each of the parties should be unwaveringly observed.
We apply a project approach in our work that allows us to precisely formulate each task and allocate human, information, and time resources in the most efficient way possible. Each project group is made up of consultants who have the most experience in the corresponding industry and possess the unique knowledge of the field’s best professionals.
