Our clients are companies who have paid for their personnel search assignments up front. Because of this fact, you can be sure that the vacancy that is being discussed with you actually exists and that you are not sacrificing your time and energy for a fictitious press announcement whose purpose is merely to augment a data base.

The level of candidates we are interested in is top and mid-level managers and rare specialists.
What information we need from you
In order to correctly assess you, we need to receive exhaustive information (education, work experience, achievements, recommendations, etc.).
You may send us your resume in the format of your choice in any of three languages – Russian, Ukrainian, or English.
Our consultants may approach you for additional information about you, your knowledge of business and those who work in it, and also for recommendations.
Confidentiality of your information
Unfortunately, disclosure of candidates’ information has become a standard practice in the staffing business. Virtually all recruitment companies provide clients with detailed information on all candidates that they discover during the search process, as well as those who are in their data base.
COMILFO Executive Search does not give clients information about you without your permission.
COMILFO Executive Search ensures the technological and operational security of all information provided. Our employees who have access to data have received necessary training on preserving the confidentiality of such information.
