History:
2000 Company is founded. COMILFO operates as an external personnel service for clients, delivering integrated personnel solutions in recruitment, training, staff outsourcing, and consulting. From the very first days of its existence, the company’s consultants focus their efforts on honing a professional approach. Each Client Assignment is a personalized project which culminates in an optimal solution that effectively manages knowledge and resources. An effective system of relations with Clients and a system of professional quality standards are developed in order to provide guaranteed results.
2001 COMILFO completes the first marketing study of its kind in Ukraine – a study of the market of recruiting services, including a ranking of the 10 most successful staffing companies who provide personnel search and selection services. This is a notable event in the business community and facilitates the development of a national market and professional work standards for recruiting companies.
2001 Company concentrates its efforts on executive search.
2002 COMILFO co-authors the concept and methodology for rating managers within the project “Top 100 Rating of Ukraine’s Best Companies.” The project founder is the Ukrainian Investment Newspaper (InvestGazeta), and the auditor of the methodology is Ernst & Young. The chief aim of the project is to identify a new, influential social segment in Ukraine – professional executives of the top management level. The project is recognized by the business community and later turns into the annual “Top 100 Best Managers of Ukraine.”
2003, 2004 More than 50 Ukrainian and foreign companies with a yearly turnover in Ukraine from $10 million to $4 billion USD become COMILFO Clients.
2005 The industry specialization of company consultants takes shape based on knowledge and experience in performing successful executive searches for a variety of different industries. COMILFO adopts a development plan that meets the standards of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). Representatives of the global Executive Search business recognize COMILFO’s professional standards and business approach.
2006 COMILFO joins the European Business Association (EBA) and actively participates in National IPO Committee projects. Company consultants successfully develop major projects in the most rapidly developing industries – executive search for the financial sector and for trade networks.
