Project phases:
We apply a systematized and proactive approach in completing each executive search assignment. By following the project completion procedures shown below, we unfailingly provide the best quality and result for our Client.
Consult with Client to discuss the company’s needs and determine a strategy for filling the vacancy, including mechanisms for gathering and selecting candidates.
Client prepares and approves Executive Search Proposal and Position Specifications, which include information about the company, position, compensation package, and hiring terms, a portrait of the ideal candidate, and the COMILFO Executive Search project terms for the Client. The documents are prepared on the basis of information provided by the Client during structured interviews with an authorized representative of the Client and the immediate manager of the employee being hired.
Find candidates
We form working groups specifically for each project, creating an effective information network.
As we identify candidates, we will conduct negotiations with dozens of professionals from our confidential data base and will make use of the individual contacts of our consultants as well as any other information within our reach.
Select and assess candidates
Select potential candidates from the list of Target Companies.
Make contact with future candidates to identify their level of qualifications and interest in career opportunities.
Conduct detailed personal interviews with 10 to 15 candidates and enter information in intermediate reports (the “Long List”).
Before providing Client with two to four select candidates – the “Short List” – we will prepare a detailed, confidential Report on each of them.
Present candidates
We give the Client resumes of the candidates selected together with the consultant’s reports and give a presentation of the Short List. After agreeing on a date, location, and time for the interviews, our consultant personally introduces each of the candidates and takes part in the interviews with Client representatives.
Assess finalists
At the Client’s request, we arrange for additional investigations into the competencies and important psychological traits of the best candidates presented with the assistance of competent experts.
Perform an additional verification of finalists’ references and gather any additional information relevant to making a hiring decision.
Provide consulting support during hiring
At the Client’s request COMILFO Executive Search provides consultation on preparing the contract and acts as an intermediary in negotiations where the Client and Candidate agree on the terms of employment and time for the successful Candidate to begin work.
Post-hiring support
During the period of guaranteed replacement, we maintain regular contact with the Employer and the successful Candidate in order to facilitate the Candidate’s integration into the Company.
