Conditions and guarantees:
The following conditions are agreed upon with the client company before the beginning of the project:
1. COMILFO Executive Search works on a project as the Client’s exclusive partner for the time period stated in the Contract.
2. All information obtained from COMILFO regarding the search, as well as information provided by the Client about the Client’s company, must be kept strictly confidential.
3. COMILFO will never offer a successful candidate career opportunities in other companies while he or she is working in the company that accepted him/her based on our recommendation.
4. The Client shows interest in the successful completion of the project and observes all necessary and previously stipulated work procedures.
TIME ESTIMATE
An executive search project usually takes from 4 to 12 weeks.
This time period does not include time necessary for the Client to make a final decision, as well as the time needed for the candidate to switch places of employment.
FEE
The size of the fee does not depend on the candidate’s salary and is fixed. The fee charged is based on an appraisal of the project that considers factors such as the uniqueness of the candidate’s profile, whether an international search is performed, the makeup and size of the project group, etc. As a result, we have no incentive to inflate candidates’ salary expectations, and all payments are agreed upon with the Client in advance.
The professional fee is paid in parts over the course of the assignment:
1. The first part – the Retainer – is 1/3 of the total amount and is paid after the contract between the Client and COMILFO is signed.
2. The second part – the Short List Fee – is 1/3 of the total amount and is paid after COMILFO analyzes the market and gives the Client a list of suitable candidates (the Short List).
3. The third part – the Placement Fee – is 1/3 of the total amount and is paid after the Client company makes a decision to hire one of the candidates and the candidate begins work at the company.
GUARANTEES
In accordance with our standards, we provide a one-year guarantee for each candidate hired, which means that if our candidate leaves the company, or the company dismisses him or her, we will perform a search for another person free of charge. In this case the Client only pays overhead costs which are agreed upon in advance, such as phone conversations and business trip expenses.
Off-limits Policy: According to our corporate rules, employees of the Client’s company will not be targets of COMILFO’s active search for the space of one year after the completion date of our most recent project for the Client.
